These chips are baked, not fried, and are an excellent source of protein. Lentil chips are appropriate for vegan lifestyles and are gluten free and kosher certified.

In our estimation, the best thing about these chips is the flavor. The small pinch of sea salt that’s added to these chips really allows the lentil flavor to shine through!

Try A Casserole Using Lentil Chips

We recently tried these chips in a potato chip casserole recipe with great results. Instead of using crushed potato chips atop a traditional vegetable casserole, we used lentil chips instead for a wonderful veggie themed dinner. Just prepare a casserole by mixing lentil or quinoa pasta, a can of vegetarian cream soup, and half cups of three or four of your favorite fresh vegetables (we used broccoli, asparagus, and red bell peppers). Easy and delicious!
